This role is vital for realizing the leadership team's vision and executing the necessary tasks to achieve corporate objectives.

This is a full-time role with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Flextime). However, the Senior Project Management Supervisor is expected to allocate the necessary time to fulfill the company's strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

To excel in the Senior Project Management Supervisor role, candidates must demonstrate flexibility and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Maintaining an operational perspective while planning for long-term growth is crucial, along with addressing technical and operational challenges as they arise.

The Senior Project Management Supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Providing leadership and direction to the Project Management Team
  • Coordinating with other departments at Test Products Inc to ensure successful project design, development, and delivery
  • Facilitating L10 meetings for the Project Management Team
  • Managing project assignments for each Project Manager
  • Overseeing customer projects from purchase order through to client approval
  • Project revenue forecasting on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Ensuring seamless project execution from initiation to completion to guarantee customer satisfaction
  • Serving as the primary contact for program-related inquiries and communicating launch information to clients
  • Reporting project status during regular meetings with clients and the internal project management team, including updates on timelines and outstanding issues
  • Collaborating with Engineering Departments and technicians to assess processes and gather feedback
  • Performing additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Solid business acumen
  • Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Leadership training is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of three years of experience managing programs in the automotive or related sectors, with annual project deliverables exceeding $1,000,000 and interfacing with over ten internal team members
  • Experience in client relations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Understanding of electrical testing is preferred

Compensation for this role ranges from $85,000 to $95,000.
