Position Overview:
The Construction Project Supervisor is responsible for managing and overseeing construction operations at the job site. This role involves guiding volunteers and ensuring a collaborative environment on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities and direct all work crews and volunteers.
- Create a positive team atmosphere and ensure effective communication among all participants.
- Develop a construction schedule in collaboration with the volunteer coordinator and Executive Director, determining the necessary number of volunteers for each workday.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and manage inspections as required.
- Maintain an organized worksite with all necessary materials and tools available for each workday.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of residential building processes and permitting.
- Ability to teach and explain various construction skills to both experienced and novice volunteers.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to navigate ladders and scaffolding, work on uneven surfaces, and perform physical tasks throughout the day.

- A commitment to the mission of Habitat for Humanity is essential, along with the completion of required training.
