Responsibilities and Duties

As a Customer Success Associate at HaulHub, you will ensure optimal engagement of our users, ranging from small to large construction firms and e-construction managers at state Departments of Transportation Agencies. Your primary duties will include training, onboarding, providing ongoing support, and solving a broad spectrum of user issues. You will play a critical role in enhancing user satisfaction and ensuring task completion.

Qualifications and Skills

This entry-level position is perfect for highly motivated individuals with 0-2 years of work experience who have a passion for digital technology and a service-oriented mindset. While experience in customer support or sales is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Familiarity with the construction, transportation, or logistics industries is advantageous but not required.
