Job Title: Veterinary ICU Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary ICU Technician to join our team at Ethos Veterinary Health. As a Veterinary ICU Technician, you will play a critical role in providing advanced care to hospitalized patients, working closely with our veterinarians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced patient care to hospitalized patients, including administering medications, performing diagnostic tests, and providing supportive care.
  • Assist veterinarians with exams, treatments, and procedures, including radiographs, laboratory tests, and medication administration.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
  • Respond to STAT calls and follow established patient care protocols.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and communicate effectively with clients and healthcare team members.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of veterinary technician experience required.
  • Veterinary technician certification/registration required.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Strong technical skills and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
