Senior Manager, Product Strategy

About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Manager, Product Strategy to lead our product development efforts and drive innovation across our global store network. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing our product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-facing features and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and influence product development efforts, working closely with design, engineering, and analytics teams to deliver customer-facing features and solutions.
  • Develop and execute product roadmaps, prioritizing features and requirements based on customer needs and business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve customer experiences.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, designers, engineers, and data scientists.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in product management, design-thinking, management consulting, or corporate strategy.
  • Proven track record of leading product development efforts and driving innovation.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters or MBA degree.
  • 3 years of experience coaching and mentoring other team members.
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven, with a strong ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
