Administrative Services Coordinator

The City of San Pablo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join its Community Services Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the senior population, volunteer program, nutrition program, and senior center special events.
Job DescriptionThis position provides technical and functional supervision over assigned part-time clerical staff who provide front-facing customer service such as program registration, membership, facility rentals, and general information. Additionally, the Senior Administrative Clerk is responsible for tracking expenditures, invoicing, maintaining membership databases, and creating monthly and quarterly reports with analysis of information.
Requirements- A minimum of two years of responsible journey experience similar to Administrative Clerk II with the City of San Pablo or equivalent.
- Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade.
- Ability to speak Spanish is highly desirable.
