Role Summary:
We are in search of a passionate and customer-oriented Guest Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be the initial point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and feel valued from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warm Welcome: Greet guests with enthusiasm, ensuring they feel at home.
  • Seating Management: Efficiently coordinate seating arrangements and guide guests to their tables.
  • Reservation Handling: Accurately manage reservations both over the phone and in person.
  • Information Provider: Offer clear and concise information about our offerings, addressing inquiries and special requests.

  • Promotional Communication: Inform guests about daily specials and events to enhance their experience.
