What You Will Do:
Our team supports Federal Government clients in the planning, development, and management of owned and leased facilities. Throughout the lifecycle of these projects, precise cost estimation is essential at both the parametric and detailed levels. Cost analysts on our team deliver estimates prior to design, during the design phase, and throughout construction for both individual components and entire projects.

During the construction phase, cost analysts will assess changes initiated by the client, field conditions, and proposals from General Contractors. They will compare their estimates with the bids provided by the General Contractors to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Post-occupancy, cost analysts will contribute to Operations & Maintenance lifecycle cost estimates, utility and energy assessments, as well as renovation and mission alteration estimates.

Throughout the contract duration, cost analysts will maintain comprehensive historical records to keep the client informed of market and economic trends affecting all aspects of facility management.

What You Will Need:
  • An ACTIVE and CURRENT SECRET federal security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET federal security clearance.
  • A Bachelor's degree in fields such as economics, mathematics, building science, statistics, construction management, production management, accounting, finance, or engineering.
  • A minimum of TEN (10) years of experience as a cost analyst on construction projects.
  • Possession of an industry-recognized certification such as Certified Cost Professional (CCP), Earned Value Professional (EVP), Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP), Project Management Institute-Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP), etc.
