Job Description

At Norco, Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Store Manager to lead our medical store operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our medical store, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of medical store staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Inventory Control: Manage the inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that products are stored and handled properly.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical store, including scheduling, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all medical store operations are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Prior sales and management experience, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff. Proficient in inventory management and customer service software.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. frequently and up to 75 lbs. occasionally, to a height of 36 inches. Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time.
