Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance technicians to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential issues and implement preventative maintenance programs.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure that all equipment and systems are properly maintained and serviced.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives.
- Train and develop maintenance technicians to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
- Proven experience in maintenance operations, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of maintenance technicians.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with other departments and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic computer skills, with proficiency in maintenance management software.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with regular exposure to mechanical equipment and systems. The ability to work at heights and in confined spaces is also required.
Physical DemandsThe successful candidate will be required to stand for long periods, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and talk or hear. The ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds is also required.
