At Amcor, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager II to join our team. This role is responsible for providing effective strategic and tactical sales direction and communications strategies to defend existing business, improve profitability of existing business, and to profitably develop new business.

This role is focused on growth of an assigned territory that includes new account acquisition and share of wallet, typically higher focus on share of wallet.

The ideal candidate will possess a detailed knowledge of Amcor, our products, the industry and competitive market, enabling the business to solidify itself as an industry leader and fulfill Amcor's Winning Aspiration to be the leading global packaging company.

The Account Manager II will be responsible for delivering strategic and sales goals including profitable year-over-year growth for assigned accounts. This includes increasing business with existing and new accounts through prospecting and networking, opening new accounts, expanding sales on existing accounts, and managing the complexities of account(s) in support of customer needs.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successful sales growth and profitability, experience with negotiations, strong influencing and persuasion skills, and a Bachelor's degree. They will also be guided by The Amcor Way and demonstrate our Values every day to enable the business to win.
