The Midlands Neurology and Pain Associates, P.A. is seeking a highly skilled Advanced Care Manager to join their team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced healthcare professional to manage internal medicine cases under the supervision of a physician. As an Advanced Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing quality care to patients, evaluating and treating patients based on findings and conditions, managing medications, performing approved procedures according to scope of practice and guidelines, and utilizing Electronic Health Records with accuracy.

About the Role:

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of approximately $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, and benefits that include health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching.

In this role, you will work closely with the medical team to provide comprehensive care to patients. You will be responsible for

  • Managing patient medications and treatment plans
  • Evaluating patient conditions and developing treatment plans
  • Collaborating with the medical team to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements include a South Carolina medical license, proficiency in using medical instruments and equipment, and knowledge of computer-based data management programs and information systems.

As a successful candidate, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a small team, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
