Job Description

As a Treatment Planning Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating patient treatment plans, communicating with patients and colleagues, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans, taking into account patient needs and preferences.
  • Communicate clearly with patients regarding treatment options, costs, and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with department heads and practitioners to ensure seamless appointment scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to HIPAA regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment by being flexible, adaptable, and willing to go above and beyond.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in dental administration.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • A positive attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care and exceeding expectations.
  • Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and dental software.
