Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) to provide comprehensive healthcare services at MMP Staffing Services. This role involves delivering high-quality patient-centered care, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Assessment and Diagnosis:
  • Conduct thorough assessments, including patient histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, such as infections, injuries, and illnesses.
  • Treatment Planning and Implementation:
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and best practices.
  • Prescribe medications, therapies, and other interventions as necessary.
  • Provide patient education on disease prevention, health maintenance, and management of chronic conditions.
  • Patient Management and Follow-Up:
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Conduct follow-up visits to ensure effective treatment and patient compliance.
  • Coordinate care with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient management.
  • Collaboration and Consultation:
  • Work collaboratively with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment strategies.
  • Patient Education and Advocacy:
  • Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
  • Advocate for patients' health and well-being, ensuring they receive appropriate and timely care.
  • Documentation and Compliance:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, ethical standards, and organizational policies.
  • Professional Development:
  • Stay current with advancements in medical practice and healthcare through continuing education and professional development activities.
  • Maintain licensure and certification requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree or Doctorate in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Certification and Licensure:
  • Current licensure as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) in the state of [State].
  • Certification from a recognized national certifying body, such as the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
  • Experience:
