About the Role:

The Business Development Representative is a key member of our sales team, responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth for Time Clock Plus.

This is a full-time position that requires a highly motivated and self-driven individual who can leverage their sales and customer service experience to acquire and convert new business opportunities into pre-qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve and exceed assigned conversion goals by effectively prospecting new business relationships with potential small to mid-sized businesses.
  • Convert potential sales opportunities into pre-qualified leads through efficient and effective needs assessment and communication of the benefits of our niche software products.
  • Accurately manage, track, and forecast conversion opportunities, and create and report results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and product knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Proven excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment and take initiative, with a high level of motivation and results-oriented approach.
  • Strong sales experience and ability to create and assess sales opportunities in new markets and organizations.
