Key Responsibilities:

1. **Insurance Coverage Verification:** Assess patient insurance information and benefits to ascertain coverage for designated medical services. Engage with patients and insurance representatives to clarify coverage specifics as needed.

2. **Authorization and Referral Management:** Initiate the authorization process with insurance entities by submitting all necessary documentation and information. Conduct follow-ups with insurance companies to secure timely approvals for medical services.

3. **Record Keeping and Documentation:** Maintain precise and current records of all authorization requests and communications. Document all pertinent information regarding insurance coverage, authorizations, denials, and any additional payer requirements.
