Job Summary

This role is responsible for performing administrative tasks related to the General Agency Department, requiring discretion and independent judgment. The successful candidate will be involved in recruiting, training, developing, coordinating, and monitoring external agents and brokers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist external brokers in completing onboarding and contracting processes.
  • Monitor and verify contract requests with carriers.
  • Read and interpret producer reports.
  • Enter data into our CRM system efficiently and accurately.
  • Prepare reports as requested by management.
  • Schedule appointments for brokers to complete contracts.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with department associates and program partners.
  • Update broker profiles in our CRM system.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned.
  • Process and maintain all correspondence, paperwork, and files related to accounts.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required.
  • Previous sales management experience preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, organized, and presentation skills.
  • Bilingual Spanish-English required.
