Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with guests and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
- Maintain consistent attendance in accordance with company standards, adapting to the hotel's scheduling needs.
- Uphold high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the designated uniform and name tag.
- Adhere to company standards and regulations to promote safe and efficient hotel operations.
- Deliver turndown service to designated guest rooms and suites.
- Refresh and clean guest rooms as required.
- Restock the necessary supplies for guest rooms during each shift.
- Complete all pre-cleaning tasks, including organizing guest supplies, cleaning materials, and linens for the housekeeping cart.
- Remove all waste and soiled linens from guest accommodations.
- Ensure all hallways, public areas, and storage closets are kept clean, organized, and vacuumed.
- Report any maintenance issues immediately to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager.
- Handle lost and found items according to established procedures.
- Follow all protocols as directed by the Housekeeping Manager.
- Perform additional duties as required.
