We are a leading financial services company seeking a skilled marketing professional to support our Employee Benefits Solutions business. As a Strategic Marketing and Product Specialist, you will collaborate with senior marketers to develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns for large employers and their employees, driving awareness, education, and enrollment of life and voluntary products.

About the Role

This role is responsible for collaborating in the development of marketing collateral for employees of large employers, understanding and following marketing plans to implement and execute marketing programs, and using critical thinking to identify marketing tactics and next steps to advance development and implementation of marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of marketing strategies for clients to create awareness, drive enrollment, and engage employees in supplemental health and life products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with fellow marketers as well as account managers to partner on client meetings.
  • Develop product knowledge to understand Securian products and solutions and the benefits they provide.
  • Measure and report on marketing results, including key performance indicators and results that align to sales and employee product participation and utilization.

Salary Information

The estimated base pay range for this job is $45,500.00 - $84,500.00, depending on individual experience, skills, and qualifications.
