Client Relations Branch Associate

This role is essential for managing and preparing orders while ensuring the safe transportation, loading, and delivery of products.
The selected candidate will also be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, operating tinting equipment, and assisting with scheduling, mixing, and color matching as required.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and finalize orders for delivery or pickup in accordance with the schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
- Load and unload products from incoming deliveries.
- Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
- Assist in planning delivery schedules to maximize efficiency.
- Engage with customers both in-person and over the phone to assess needs and recommend suitable products and services.
- Accurately process sales transactions in line with company policies and procedures.
- Safely deliver products to customers in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with supervisors and team members.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment while optimizing space utilization.
- Adhere to quality service standards and comply with established procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Ensure the stockroom is organized and well-maintained.
- Follow inventory control procedures and assist with bi-annual inventory assessments.
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status.
- Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Must be able to retrieve materials from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service, retail, or sales.
- At least one (1) year of experience in a Sherwin-Williams Automotive Branch.
- At least two (2) years of experience in customer service, retail, or sales.
- Experience using material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, order pickers, etc.).
- High School diploma or GED.
