Position Overview:
The Wealth Management Client Associate plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client service and support to Financial Advisors (FAs). This position is integral to achieving enterprise strategic objectives and enhancing operational excellence while advocating for clients within the FA's business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding client service by educating clients on the full range of banking and financial services available.
- Ensure all client materials are timely, accurate, and complete, following up diligently on requests from clients and Financial Advisors.
- Support compliance with the bank's policies and procedures to uphold operational excellence and manage risk effectively.
- Foster and deepen client relationships by promoting the bank's offerings and integrating banking solutions into their daily practices.
- Assist with daily team operations, covering roles as needed, while maintaining a client-first approach.
Required Qualifications:
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 63/65 or 66 licenses.
- Demonstrated advanced knowledge of the financial industry and investment products.
