Position Overview:

As a Full-Time Office / Operations Manager, you will be integral to our operations, reporting directly to the President.

Your Role:
As a proactive Office Manager, you will be essential in providing administrative support and ensuring efficient operations throughout our organization. Your efforts will significantly contribute to enhancing productivity, fostering employee satisfaction, and driving the overall success of our enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing, while ensuring the office operates smoothly
  • Collaborate with management on daily tasks, handling sensitive documents and materials
  • Manage logistics for shipping information from international sources and track orders
  • Assist with Accounts Receivable functions
  • Communicate with sales accounts to relay pertinent information to the sales team

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
