HR Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Coordinator to support our field supervisory personnel with HR-related functions. This role will ensure that team members are paid accurately, policies and laws are applied correctly, and team member records are up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities- Support field supervisory personnel in assigned states by responding to phone calls and emails and providing guidance on HR data processes.
- Validate and/or update data keyed in the field, including rehires, transfers, pay increases, promotions, and demotions.
- Prepare data for personnel files by organizing paperwork and creating coversheets for scanning.
- Research issues by reviewing audit trails and stored documents.
- Review I-9s and other documentation to ensure compliance with policies and laws, and advise field supervisory personnel of any issues that arise.
- Perform other projects as needed, including relationships with outside vendors, ordering department supplies, and regular mailings.
This role will interact daily with Retail field supervisory personnel from Store Managers to Division Vice Presidents, as well as occasional contact with outside vendors.
Requirements- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or some college preferred.
- One year of office experience with a customer service focus and some data entry required.
- Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, service-oriented, and solid organizational skills required.
This is a Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM position.
Physical DemandsThis role requires sitting for extended periods.
