Commercial Sales Representative

Schendel Lawn & Landscape is looking for an experienced Commercial Sales Representative to take the reins and grow our business in Topeka and Lawrence. The successful candidate will thrive on creating their own opportunities, be passionate about providing customers with the best experience possible, and be excited to be part of a growing, thriving company committed to providing a safe, fun working environment with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Proven work experience in B2B sales (without receiving business leads).
- Ability to effectively communicate, present information, and respond to questions.
- Ability to set priorities with minimal supervision.
- Excellent time management, planning, and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with operations team to ensure the customer's needs are met.
About the Job:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and has a passion for providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, as well as collaboratively with a team. They will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think critically and creatively.
What We Offer:
- First year base salary is $42,000, plus sales commissions. Commissions generally range from $30,000 to $50,000 annually.
