Job Summary:

Dal-Tile is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Architectural Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and increasing market share in the architectural sales space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop strong relationships with key decision-makers in the commercial architectural market.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Track and manage commercial projects from specification to completion.
  • Provide ongoing customer education and support through product updates and presentations.
  • Prospect for both specified and unspecified projects to ensure a growing pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive account lists and update daily activities and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the regional commercial team to facilitate job tracking meetings and maintain a strong harmony within the team.
  • Assist in sales blitzes and promotions, and maintain the highest level of product and technical knowledge.
  • Communicate market trends and shifts to the Regional Manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Two or more years of sales or industry experience within the A&D community.
  • Floor covering sales and/or slab experience preferred.
  • Developed interpersonal, communication, presentation, negotiating, organization, and listening skills.
  • Tenacity, confidence, sincerity, aggressiveness, persuasiveness, team-oriented, self-motivated, ethical, enthusiastic, punctual, takes direction well, integrity, personality, courteousness, approachable, career-minded, and determined.
  • Desire to be successful, maintain a professional appearance, goal-oriented, assertive, and objective.

Compensation:

Salary plus commission/bonus (based on experience in the field) and established company benefits.
