Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense report processing.
  • Prepare and distribute accurate financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Recommend and implement work procedures to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company policies.
  • Assist with month-end close and financial report preparation.
  • Prepare and file sales and property tax returns.
  • Support the CPA with quarterly and annual income tax preparation and filing.
Requirements:
  • College degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience in a business environment.
  • Proficient with accounting software programs and MS Office Suite.
