Job Title: Parts Manager

Bert Ogden Auto Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Parts Department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our parts inventory, purchasing, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of our parts inventory, ensuring that it is accurately stocked, priced, and displayed.
  • Purchasing: Source and purchase parts from authorized suppliers, negotiating prices and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Sales and Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train parts department staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage the parts department budget, ensuring that expenses are controlled and revenue is maximized.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all parts sales and inventory management activities are in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in parts management, purchasing, or sales.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory management software.
  • Certifications: Valid Texas driver's license and ability to pass a background screening.
