About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Specialist to join our team at Franklin Templeton. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the setup and maintenance of client accounts, ensuring seamless transactions and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational setup of new accounts, including client onboarding and transaction request follow-up
  • Assist with the onboarding of new RIA, custodian, and other platform relationships
  • Provide exceptional client service, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient account management and client satisfaction
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience working in financial services and/or an asset management firm required
