Job Description

At Liberty Military Housing, we're dedicated to providing military families with comfortable, well-maintained homes in inviting communities across the United States. As a Service Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our residents receive exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and conduct home inspections to ensure a smooth move-in/move-out process.
  • Assist with ordering and scheduling vendor services to meet resident needs.
  • Maintain and monitor make-ready boards to ensure timely completion of work orders.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to assign and schedule service requests efficiently.
  • Provide residents with accurate information regarding move-out charges and final inspection results.
  • Create purchase orders for vendor maintenance services and products.
  • Generate work orders for make-readies and other maintenance service requests.
  • Close work orders/tickets once services are completed.
  • Schedule and monitor water intrusion, communicating with residents and following up as needed.
  • Follow up with residents after services are rendered to ensure satisfaction.
  • Promote positive resident relations by responding to concerns and requests in a timely manner.
  • Address and follow up on customer service concerns from Satisfacts surveys.
  • Maintain systems and logs, including Keytrak, pest control, and vendor/product records.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including email communications and data entry into various software systems.
  • Distribute correspondence and notices to residents, including 3-day notices and move-out charges.
  • Participate in property walks and inspections to ensure community maintenance standards are met.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years' experience in residential property management or customer service preferred.
  • Prior work with vendors or ordering services preferred.
  • Proficiency in personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office and software applications like Yardi and Payscan.
  • Effective communication and interaction with customers, vendors, management, and coworkers.
  • Strong service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize duties to meet operational objectives.
  • Positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle and travel to other locations as needed.
  • Knowledge of OSHA laws and regulations.
