The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Ticket Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling season tickets, converting deposit holders, and identifying new development opportunities for the seating offerings for San Diego FC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect, set appointments, and execute sales presentations to close sales
  • Sell a full menu of ticket packages, including full seasons, partial plans, and groups, through phone calls, appointment setting, and in-person presentations
  • Set and conduct out-of-office sales appointments
  • Work non-traditional hours, weekends, events, and game days
  • Meet certain levels of activity and goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Previous sales experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and effectively influence and communicate with C-level clients
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong work ethic and desire to build a career in professional sports
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $20.00, plus monthly bonus potential and a generous benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid vacation, and a 401k plan.

Working Conditions

The physical demands of this role include sitting, talking, hearing, using hands and fingers, and handling controls. The employee may be required to stand, walk, and stoop. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
