Account Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at the Detroit Pistons. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell new season memberships, partial plans, group tickets, luxury suites, and loge boxes to Pistons fans
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects through phone calls, prospecting, sales tables, seat visits, networking events, and out-of-office appointments
  • Conduct in-arena appointments and tours of Little Caesars Arena to generate new business and develop new relationships
  • Upsell single-game ticket callers into packages, groups, and suite rentals
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all current clients and prospects in our CRM system
  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and current clients over the phone and at games
  • Develop and implement unique sales strategies, ideas, and programs to produce new business opportunities
  • Attend weekly meetings and training sessions to develop your career as a sales professional
Requirements:
  • Ability to begin employment in January 2025 or June 2025
  • Completion of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
  • Highly proactive and a desire to excel in sales
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Consistent attendance and timely arrival daily and on all game nights
