Job SummaryBizFlow Corp is seeking an exceptional customer-focused and results-driven Sales Executive to join a growing team and expand sales in North America. As a Sales Executive, you will have the opportunity to work on a fast-paced team, engage with various prospects, partners, and customers, and expand career opportunities as you grow BizFlow's Commercial business.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and identify potential customers.
- Foster, train, and support BizFlow partners.
- Share BizFlow's value proposition to differentiate our solution from competitors.
- Formulate and execute sales and marketing strategies, programs, and budgets.
- Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship to allow recommendations for best practices and new solution offerings.
- Ensure value realization for BizFlow solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or marketing area of study.
- At least 5 ~ 8 years of experience in sales and business development.
- Demonstrable experience in successfully applying a consultative selling approach through the development of solutions to meet client needs, with an emphasis on enterprise-level software and solutions is desired.
- Experience with workflow-based software solutions.
- Experience in process improvement, operational excellence, and C-suite level interactions.
