Job Title: Senior Staffing Account Manager

We're looking for a Senior Staffing Account Manager to lead our client relationships, expand business opportunities, and ensure high-quality talent delivery. As the trusted advisor for clients, you'll align staffing solutions with their business goals to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong relationships and ensuring a deep understanding of their staffing needs, business challenges, and long-term goals.
  • Strategic Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand service offerings within existing accounts, developing strategies for account growth.
  • Talent Delivery and Client Satisfaction: Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure the timely delivery of qualified candidates that meet both the technical and cultural needs of the client.
  • Client Consultation and Staffing Solutions: Provide strategic consultation to clients on staffing trends, market conditions, and workforce planning.
  • Contract Negotiation and Management: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring that terms are beneficial for both the client and the company.
  • Mentorship and Leadership: Mentor and support junior account managers, sharing best practices for account growth, client engagement, and problem-solving.

Requirements:

  • Client Relationship Expertise: Deep expertise in managing and nurturing client relationships, with the ability to understand and anticipate client needs.
  • Strategic Account Management: Proven experience in growing accounts and delivering high-value staffing services.
  • Staffing Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the staffing and recruitment landscape, including sourcing, placement, and workforce planning.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Experience in negotiating contracts, handling renewals, and managing billing and compliance.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior account managers.
