We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to contribute to our operations.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday during standard business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain a foundational understanding of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders or invoices.
  • Unload and organize materials or equipment, confirming proper storage practices.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments by locating and packing items appropriately.
  • Fulfill customer orders from stock in the warehouse or on the sales floor.
  • Assist sales personnel in verifying and invoicing delivery orders.
  • Load materials or equipment onto vehicles or prepare them for dispatch.
  • Conduct inventory counts and maintain precise inventory records using computerized systems.
  • Organize products in designated areas to maximize space efficiency.
  • Perform regular cycle counts to identify and rectify discrepancies in inventory.
  • Assist in resolving any order discrepancies or customer complaints related to products or shipping.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by adhering to company policies.
  • Ensure aisles are clear, shelves are well-maintained, and walkways are free of hazards.
  • Safely operate and care for warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Report any equipment issues, safety hazards, or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance warehouse efficiency.
  • Provide support to colleagues during peak times or in their absence.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to safely operate a forklift and pallet jack.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for independent and team-oriented work.
  • Capacity to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Basic computer skills for accessing inventory management systems.
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating Saturday schedule as needed.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and a commitment to following them.

Requirements for Success:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
  • Experience with construction tools and equipment is advantageous.

Physical Requirements:
