Position Summary:
The Logistics Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing the workflow of inbound shipments, ensuring efficient sorting, preparation, staging, and stocking of merchandise on the sales floor while adhering to strict operational timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and mentor the Logistics Team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
2. Strategically plan and prioritize daily tasks for the Logistics Team to enhance productivity.
3. Guarantee that all incoming freight is processed and displayed on the sales floor promptly.
4. Maintain high standards of presentation and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
5. Collaborate with the Replenishment Team to effectively manage excess inventory and optimize storage solutions.
6. Work closely with the Logistics Manager to identify and implement process enhancements and assess team performance.
7. Assist in fulfilling Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) orders and preparing Pick Pack and Ship (PPS) shipments.
8. Promote customer loyalty initiatives and other company programs positively.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail logistics or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Strong decision-making capabilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in managing a team of both full-time and part-time members.
- Ability to work in a warehouse setting with varying temperatures and conditions.
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Certification to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment is required.
