Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our dynamic team at NextGen Security LLC, a leading electronic security systems integrator. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your industry expertise and drive business growth.
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities- Develop new business opportunities through strategic relationships with clients and partners
- Manage existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Present solutions to clients and stakeholders, leveraging technical knowledge of security products and services
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to develop proposals and manage client initiatives
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development within the security industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to interact with customers, colleagues, and other personnel
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
