Front Desk Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Services Agent to join our team at Crescent Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and register guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming arrival experience.
Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently, using our point-of-sale system to manage room assignments and payments.
Provide personalized recommendations and promotions to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
