The Sales Associate is a key member of our store team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, providing personalized service and product knowledge to our customers. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of product knowledge, visual standards, and store operations, while ensuring a fast and efficient register experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including current sales and promotions, and communicate this knowledge to customers.
* Maintain visual standards, including merchandise presentation, pricing, and signage.
* Participate in visual directives, including floor sets, window changes, and visual presentations.
* Assist with replenishment activities, including locating and fulfilling customer requests.
Requirements:
* High School diploma or equivalent required.
* Retail or sales experience preferred.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
* Constant walking/standing (67-100% of 8-hour shift).
* Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33% of 8-hour shift).
* Frequent climbing (34-66% of 8-hour shift).
