Administrative Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Carlson, Barbee & Gibson, Inc. (CBG). As a trusted civil engineering firm, we value our employees and offer a dynamic work environment that fosters growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our engineering teams, including graphic arts design, presentation preparation, and document production using Microsoft Excel, Project, and Word.
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling, answering phones, data entry, filing, and printing.
  • Interface with attorneys, accountants, and other corporate professionals to support business operations.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent, College Degree Preferred
  • 5-7 years of administrative experience
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of Programs
  • Deltek Vision experience a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with a range of personality types and seniority levels
