- Address guest complaints, conduct necessary research, and negotiate solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Uphold high-quality standards to guarantee guest contentment.
- Anticipate guest needs and strive to exceed their expectations.
- Implement innovative solutions while adhering to brand standards.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel offerings, including:
- Hotel amenities
- Room classifications
- Pricing structures
- Special packages
- Current promotions
- Establish strong connections with guests, clients, and groups while maintaining professionalism.
- Possess local area knowledge to assist guests with inquiries.
- Previous experience in guest services is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

- Professional written and verbal communication abilities.
