Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist guests during the check-in and check-out processes.
  • Handle registration, ensure secure payment, and verify billing details.
  • Confirm guest details, including room rates and selections.
  • Manage electronic key coding.
  • Support guests with reservations and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Address guest complaints, conduct necessary research, and negotiate solutions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Uphold high-quality standards to guarantee guest contentment.
  • Anticipate guest needs and strive to exceed their expectations.
  • Implement innovative solutions while adhering to brand standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel offerings, including:
    • Hotel amenities
    • Room classifications
    • Pricing structures
    • Special packages
    • Current promotions
  • Establish strong connections with guests, clients, and groups while maintaining professionalism.
  • Possess local area knowledge to assist guests with inquiries.
Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience in guest services is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Professional written and verbal communication abilities.
