Job Description

At Service Access & Management, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Early Intervention Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is a vital part of our mission to provide comprehensive support to families of children with developmental delays and special needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide service coordination to infants and toddlers with developmental delays and their families through a comprehensive program of integrated services.
  • Assist families in linking with community resources while offering support and guidance in child development.
  • Serve as a bridge between families and providers, ensuring that the families' needs are being met, the coaching model is being observed, and providers are working within the child's natural environment.
  • Ensure that providers have the support and documentation required to serve the child and family.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to support the child's growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 1-year experience working with or providing counseling to children, families, or individuals with disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
