Job Overview

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a skilled Office Coordinator - Part-Time to join our team at the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our field office and helping us achieve our mission.

Responsibilities:

  1. Schedule appointments and meetings for assigned staff members.
  2. Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights and hotels.
  3. Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.
  4. Sort and distribute mail, as well as manage paperwork.
  5. Work closely with the team to plan and coordinate events.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
