Location: Our Inland Hospital, where you'll be part of a team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register patients and schedule diagnostic imaging services with ease and efficiency.
  • Coordinate patient examinations, ensuring that all necessary information is available and up-to-date.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and physicians to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Prepare reports and distribute them as needed, providing valuable insights to our team.
  • Work closely with our radiology team to ensure that all diagnostic imaging modalities are coordinated and performed to the highest standards.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 6+ months of scheduling experience in a medical office or hospital setting.
  • 6+ months of customer service experience.
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to work from 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday-Friday.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of experience reviewing insurance eligibility.
  • Scheduling experience.
  • Understanding of medical terminology.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication, computer, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Self-driven with the ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team atmosphere.
