At QISG, we're seeking an experienced Document Control Specialist to join our team in Adelanto, California. As a leading Construction Services Company providing EPC services, we need professionals who can effectively manage project documentation to ensure our projects' success.

About the Role

The primary function of this position is to provide project support services in controlling Project Documentation, conforming to the Document Control System Procore. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in construction or engineering document control and be proficient in Procore or similar document management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Setup and Maintain Procore Document Management Systems
  • Distribute Project Documents and Manage Submittals
  • Support RFI and Submittal Status Reports and Client Comments
  • Maintain All Project Documents in Electronic and Hard Copy Formats
  • Develop and Implement Document Control Procedures
