Cultivation Specialist

High Caliber Organics Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Cultivation Tech to join our team. As a key member of our cultivation department, you will be responsible for the care and maintenance of our plants throughout their growth stages.

• Implement cultivation practices as directed by supervisors, ensuring the health and quality of our crops.
  
• Maintain accurate plant inventory, including strain names and plant tag numbers.
  
• Perform regular plant maintenance, feedings, and irrigation events, adhering to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  
• Ensure the grow facility is free of pests, viruses, and diseases by implementing proper sanitation and biological control measures.
  
• Regularly sanitize tools, equipment, and production areas used in the grow.
  
• Apply pesticides in a safe and effective manner, wearing appropriate Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), and after receiving adequate training.
  
• Monitor and record accurate data daily, including pesticide applications, issues found during plant scouting, and other required information.
  
• Immediately address any issues with plants and equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal crop yields.
  
• Assist with post-harvest duties, including breaking down and setting up plant production areas.
  
• Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in plant health and traceability, upholding the company's standard for quality.
  
• Work efficiently and effectively, contributing to a productive and well-coordinated team environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
  
• Ability to communicate clearly and accurately.
  
• Must comply with state regulations and guidelines.
  
• Ability to pass a background check required.
  
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
  
• Energetic team player, willing to take direction and learn.
  
• Basic strain and plant structure knowledge.
  

Physical Requirements: Long periods of prolonged standing, ability to observe and assess material, some crouching or holding uncomfortable positions for extended periods, and requires bending and lifting up to 50lb.
