E-ONE, a leading manufacturer of custom and commercial fire trucks, is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for directing a full range of items and services, including those of critical importance within the materials, externally sourced parts departments, purchasing groups, and production planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute proven tenants of success within the Supply Chain organization.
  • Work with the Enterprise commodity team to meet annual net sourcing targets.
  • Manage personnel engaged in inventory, materials, purchasing, and production planning processes, including parts supplied to production for the manufacture of vehicles.
  • Improve upon Supply Chain management best practices in areas such as system optimization, metrics, inventory control, and demand planning.
  • Lead Sales, Inventory, Operations, and Planning (SIOP) strategic meetings with senior leadership team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and quality procedures.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated abilities in communication, negotiation, and project implementation.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, Supply Chain management, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain management.
  • Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience with the ability to lead, motivate, coach, mentor, and engage employees.
  • Proven leadership capabilities and ability to work independently.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with understanding and application of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
