New Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our sales team as a New Business Development - Services Seller specializing in Condition Monitoring Systems and Bearing Reconditioning Services.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions involving condition monitoring systems (CMS) and bearing reconditioning services.
- Collaborate closely with customers to understand their operational challenges and demonstrate how our offerings can address these effectively.
- Develop a deep understanding of our condition monitoring systems, including vibration analysis, thermal imaging, oil analysis, and other predictive maintenance technologies.
- Stay updated on advancements in bearing reconditioning techniques and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including maintenance managers, reliability engineers, and plant managers.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives as outlined by the company.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of condition monitoring principles and bearing technologies is essential.
- Proven track record in value-added technical sales, preferably in the industrial sector with a focus on predictive maintenance solutions or bearing sales.
- Experience in selling condition monitoring systems or related technologies is highly advantageous.
