BlueConduit is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to drive new business growth and expand our customer base. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Qualify and pursue new sales leads through cold email, cold calling, and social selling
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and support contract operations
  • Work closely with marketing to create and execute demand-generation campaigns
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or a similar SDR/BDR role, preferably in the technology and/or public sector industry
  • Proven experience in solution-selling and building relationships with key stakeholders
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and processes, including lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying leads
  • Ability to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
What We Offer:
  • Competitive base salary range $60,000-85,000, depending on level and experience - plus sales incentives and bonuses based on activities (OTE $80,000 - $105,000)
