Position: Lead Host

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with exceptional guest recognition abilities, who can adapt quickly and genuinely cares about the guest experience. A Lead Host who thrives in a vibrant environment and collaborates with a supportive team. A true hospitality expert who can assess the atmosphere, manage cover counts efficiently, and think on their feet. Key Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will play a vital role in fostering a culture centered around Teamwork, Execution, and Enjoyment. Responsibilities include participating in daily operations while maintaining a strong sense of balance. Being a welcoming presence at the host stand, ensuring customers feel at home and recognized. We are in search of passionate hospitality professionals.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience with OpenTable
  • Effective and positive communication skills
  • A collaborative team player with a friendly demeanor
  • Composed and respectful under pressure
  • Ability to handle guest challenges with tact and patience
  • Organized and efficient, maintaining a tidy work environment
  • A strong sense of hospitality and its impact on our business
  • Contribute to building a loyal customer base and engage in community outreach
  • Maintain a warm and inviting presence at the host stand

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Be available to assist as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations as directed by management.
  • Adhere to health and food safety standards, including restocking and cleaning duties.
  • Follow company policies and procedures diligently.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand or walk for a minimum of 8 hours as required.
  • Capable of frequent mobility for extended periods.
  • Regularly reach, feel, bend, stoop, carry, and input data.
  • Work in varying temperature environments.
  • Availability for morning, mid, and evening shifts.
  • Willingness to work weekends.
  • Ability to tolerate high noise levels from music and customer traffic.
  • Must be able to handle potential allergens including peanut products, dairy, gluten, and seafood.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a full-service, high-volume environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
  • Active engagement on social media platforms.
  • Willingness to work holidays and weekends.
  • Consistent availability for at least 4 days per week.
