Additional Responsibilities:
- Be prepared to assist in various roles to ensure the restaurant operates smoothly as directed by management.
- Adhere to health and food safety regulations, restock supplies, and maintain cleanliness.
- Follow the policies and procedures set forth by Fifty/50 Restaurant Group.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand or walk for a minimum of 8 hours as required.
- Must be capable of frequent mobility for extended periods.
- Regularly reach, feel, bend, stoop, carry, and input data.
- Work in both warm and cool environments.
- Availability for morning, mid, and evening shifts.
- Willingness to work weekends.
- High noise levels from music and customer interactions.
- Ability to tolerate potential allergens including peanuts, eggs, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood, and shellfish.
Experience and Skills:
- A minimum of 2 years in a full-service, high-volume setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
- Active engagement on social media platforms.
- Willingness to work during holidays and weekends.
- Ability to maintain a consistent schedule of at least 4 days per week.
